Worth the investment for Long COVID

I was hesitant about the cost of the Long COVID Recovery Program, but I saw they had a 28-day money-back guarantee, which made me feel better about trying it. I also used a webinar discount I found, which saved me some money right off the bat. The program's been pretty comprehensive, and I've been doing the Amygdala Retraining Exercises consistently. I've definitely started to see some improvements in my fatigue levels, which for me, makes the price worth it. It felt like a solid investment in my health, especially with the discount.

Worked for my Fibromyalgia

I tried the Fibromyalgia Healing Program a few months ago and it really helped. I was a bit skeptical at first, you know? But I stuck with it, did the guided meditations and exercises, and honestly, I feel a lot better. It wasn't overnight, took a few weeks to really notice a difference, but it was worth it. The app was pretty easy to use too. Glad I gave it a shot.

Good program, app could improve

I purchased the Brain Retraining Core Program for my CFS. The content itself was very informative and the neuroplasticity concepts made a lot of sense. I appreciated the structured approach. Delivery was instant since it's all digital. However, the Gupta Program App, while functional, felt a little basic sometimes. It worked for tracking and accessing materials, but could use a cleaner interface or some more interactive features to make the daily exercises more engaging. Overall, a positive experience, but there's room for the tech side to grow.

Effective for chronic fatigue

Bought the Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Recovery program. Materials were easy to access online. Started feeling better after a few weeks. The exercises are simple to follow. Good value for what it offers.

how long does it typically take to see some kind of improvement with the program? I know it's not instant but just curious.

J June Romero 1 month ago
It really varies for everyone, but most people say you should give it at least a few weeks of consistent effort to start noticing changes. Don't expect miracles overnight.

M Marcus Foster 1 month ago
I think they say not to expect super fast results. It's a retraining process, so it takes time for your brain to rewire. Consistency is key.

I'm looking at the coaching options. Can you get a discount on those, or are they usually full price?

J James Romero 1 month ago
Sometimes they offer discounts on coaching, especially if you're bundling it with the main program or if there's a seasonal sale. Worth checking during those times.

I don't think they're as frequently discounted as the main program, but it's not impossible. Maybe through a webinar or alumni offer? I'd ask directly if you're serious about it.

Anyone know if they ever do sales around specific times of the year? Hoping to catch a discount.

S Sophie 2 months ago
They definitely have sales. I snagged a deal in January, and I think I've seen stuff around May and November too. Also heard about September.

They do often have discounts, especially during certain months. Keep an eye out for webinar discounts too, those pop up sometimes.

I saw some other programs like DNRS. What's the real difference between Gupta and those? Is one better for certain things?

A Alex Silva 1 month ago
From what I gather, they both do brain retraining but Gupta focuses a bit more on amygdala and insula. DNRS has a slightly different approach, maybe more structured. Both aim for similar outcomes though.

I've heard Gupta is a bit gentler maybe? Like less intense than DNRS for some people, but it really depends on what resonates with you. They're both legit for neuroplasticity.

What's the deal with payment? Can I pay for the Gupta Program over time or do I have to drop it all at once?

T Tom Z. 2 months ago
They offer installment plans. I paid for mine in a few chunks, made it a lot easier.

Yeah, I remember seeing options for that when I signed up. Definitely not just a one-time lump sum.

Hey, thinking about trying the Gupta Program for my ME/CFS. Does it really help with that or is it more for other stuff?

R Ryan Whitfield 2 months ago
Yeah, that's what it's mainly known for, CFS and fibromyalgia. I've seen a lot of people in online groups talk about it for those conditions.

J James 2 months ago
They definitely market it for CFS. I think the whole brain retraining thing is supposed to tackle the root causes that show up as CFS symptoms, so it makes sense.

is the app included when you buy the main program, or do you have to get it separately?

R Renee A. 1 month ago
The app comes with the main program, you don't pay extra for it.

D Daisy M. 1 month ago
Pretty sure it's part of the package. That's how I got it anyway, didn't have to buy the app separately.

Does anyone know if this is actually, like, backed by science? Or is it more of a 'trust the process' kind of thing?

J Jared Doyle 1 month ago
They say it's clinically proven and based on neuroplasticity. There are studies mentioned on their site if you dig a bit.
1
P Paula Kaur 1 month ago
It's based on brain science, yeah. The whole neuroplasticity thing is pretty established. Whether it works for everyone is another story, but the concept itself has scientific backing.
